Notes | Important reminder

  1. Currency Fluctuation Risk Cross-border purchases and international market entry involve exchange rate fluctuations. Actual costs or profits may be affected by changes in international exchange rates. We recommend that companies discuss foreign currency hedging strategies with accounting consultants. SUHUL can also provide exchange rate trend analysis support.

  2. Import and export duties and customs inspection risks. Customs policies, import tax rates and inspection regulations vary from country to country. Some products may involve additional customs declaration documents, duties, inspection procedures or delay risks. SUHUL will assist in providing basic regulatory information and customs declaration consultation, but the actual customs declaration results are still subject to local government review.

  3. Supplier stability and factory certification SUHUL's supplier recommendations have all been preliminarily screened, but it is still recommended that the company conduct a secondary verification of product quality and delivery (such as factory inspection, sample testing). If necessary, we can assist in arranging a third-party factory inspection or quality testing agency.

  4. Uncertainty of logistics and delivery International logistics may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as port congestion, climate, war, epidemics, etc. We recommend that companies reserve a buffer when planning delivery dates and consider using tracking systems or insurance mechanisms to spread risks.
