1. SUHUL is the intellectual property rights holder of the SUHUL brand logo and its related products.

2. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to texts, pictures, etc.) in all contents of the Shuhui Intelligent Control brand information package are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. Shuhui Intelligent Control enjoys the above intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant right holders should enjoy in accordance with the law.

3. Without the written consent of Shuhui Intelligent Control, you shall not use Shuhui Intelligent Control's brand logo and product image materials without authorization. If Shuhui Intelligent Control finds that you have used Shuhui Intelligent Control's brand logo and product image materials without legal authorization, or have not used Shuhui Intelligent Control's brand logo and product image materials in accordance with the usage specifications, or have not used Shuhui Intelligent Control's brand logo and product image materials within the scope of authorization, or for purposes other than direct profit (including but not limited to paid downloads and sales of Shuhui Intelligent Control peripherals), Shuhui Intelligent Control has the right to protect its legal rights through legal means.

4. If Shuhui Intelligent Control finds that you have adjusted the proportions or deformed the Shuhui Intelligent Control brand logo and product image materials, causing them to differ in size, detail, or region from the Shuhui Intelligent Control brand logo and product image materials, Shuhui Intelligent Control has the right to pursue your legal liability through legal channels.
