Success Case Clauses

Party A is the party that demands the advertisement

Party B is Shuhui Intelligent Control Co., Ltd.

Party A agrees that during the period of your service with Shuhui Intelligent Control, Shuhui Intelligent Control will use the success conditions/content reproduction, the relevant copywriting, artwork, and Party A's trademarks produced by Party B to promote on the Internet and physical newspapers and magazines, including but not limited to (white papers and online promotional documents), due to conversion rate or related success including but not limited to (Roas, CPC, CPM, revenue growth, revenue per customer, profit, customer retention rate, customer satisfaction). Party A will unconditionally accept and shall not unreasonably refuse, delay or impose additional conditions on the marketing materials produced by the marketing department of Shuhui Intelligent Control and/or other subsidiaries within 12 years.
