Trademark License Terms

Party A is the party that demands the advertisement

Party B is Shuhui Intelligent Control Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the provisions of the Trademark Law of the Republic of China and the Digital Intelligence Control Guidelines, both parties agree to the following terms based on the principle of good faith for mutual compliance:

1. Authorized Trademark: Party A is authorized to use the trademark registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of China, allowing Party B to use it in the advertising design and promotional materials purchased by Party A from Shuhui Intelligent Control.
2. Authorization period: the cooperation period between Party A and Party B.
3. Party B shall not arbitrarily change the words, graphics or combination of Party A’s registered trademark, and shall not use Party A’s registered trademark beyond the scope of the permitted product authorization.
4. After the termination of the contract, Party B shall not use Party A's authorized trademarks and logos, except for the terms for promotion of successful cases.
