Commissioning Terms
The publisher fully understands and agrees to the following terms:
1. The contents of the commissioned publications are provided by the commissioning party. The commissioning party shall ensure that the materials provided for advertising do not infringe or have the potential to infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party. If a third party claims rights in relation to the contents of the commissioned publications, DATA INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. has the right to terminate the commissioned publication service and remove the advertisements at any time in writing. The commissioning party shall immediately compensate DATA INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. for the losses thus suffered and the costs of handling the dispute.
2. If the commissioner fails to make payment on time or fails to pay enough, Digital Connection Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate the commission service at any time by written notice, email or system mechanism. If the advertisement has been published according to this commission, Digital Connection Technology Co., Ltd. may cancel the order, and the commissioner shall pay Digital Connection Technology Co., Ltd. the actual publication fee.
3. After this order becomes effective, if the commissioner wishes to change the advertising amount, he/she must open another order.
4. The order will take effect immediately on the day the order is sent out. The orderer must pay all fees within 3 days before the advertisement can be placed. SDIC will issue an invoice to the orderer within 10 working days from the day after the payment is received. (The remittance fee shall be borne by the orderer)
5. Products prohibited from listing: Products that are prohibited from being sold based on public order, good customs or laws.
Tobacco and products with tobacco branding, alcohol, pornographic or violent publications, computer software, live animals, medicines, drugs, related products and drug paraphernalia, prescription glasses, medical equipment, protected animals and marine mammals, animal products, stolen goods, weapons and ammunition, including knives, guns, human organs, police items, securities such as stock lottery tickets, sex toys, circulating currency, second-hand underwear/ Stockings, documents proving the prohibition of transfer of rights, such as membership cards, clippings, government-issued certificates, certificates or licenses, unified invoices, marketing lists and related collection or distribution tools, proprietary vehicles, fireworks, firecrackers, barreled gas, infant formula and older infant formula supplementary food, other people's supplies, special garbage bags, lock-picking tools, pesticides, scalper tickets - transportation and entertainment tickets with a price higher than the face value, other products that violate public order and good customs or are prohibited from sale by law, or infringing items that infringe on the copyright, trademark, patent and other rights of others.
