Advertising Guidelines

  1. Personal Attributes: Ads that include personal attributes are prohibited, including avoiding ads that make assumptions about a person's personal attributes.

  2. Sensational content: Sensational content is prohibited, including information about avoiding scary, sensational, emotional, or excessively violent content in ads.

  3. Covid-19: Ads related to Covid-19, including temporary restrictions or bans on the commercial use of the crisis and controversy, unrealistic effects, and social issues, elections or politics.

  4. Cryptocurrency Products and Services: Ads containing cryptocurrency products are prohibited.

  5. Dating: Ads related to dating services are prohibited.

  6. Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment: Currently only physical rehabilitation, such as kinesthesiology, is allowed.

  7. Online Gambling and Gambling Games: If the platform does not have an age-locking function, Shuhui Intelligent Control will not provide you with online gambling and gambling game ads. If there is an age-locking function, please follow the example below: It is not allowed to target people under the age of 18 as the target audience for online gambling and game ads. At the same time, various forms of online gambling are not allowed (some common types of gambling include: betting, lotteries, lottery draws, casinos, fantasy sports, bingo games, poker games, skill game tournaments and all-win bets competitions), and participation and rewards involving any cash value items are not allowed. This includes games that require purchases to continue playing, or that offer winning rewards that earn you a benefit (if the rewards have a cash value), and ads for destinations (links) that promote online gambling or gaming, even if gambling or gaming is not directly possible on that page, such as aggregators or affiliate sites.

  8. Personal health and appearance: This advertising policy prohibits ads that promote negative self-perceptions or imply unrealistic or unexpected outcomes. This includes: claims or insinuations that anyone should strive for a perfect body or appearance, promotion or reinforcement of negative or unhealthy body images, exploitation of others’ insecurities to get them to conform to certain standards of beauty, specific unpleasant messages that make the audience feel negatively about their appearance, promotion of unhealthy diets or exercise, close-up images of someone’s health, any kind of appearance attacks, and we prohibit ads that use before-and-after images to portray idealized outcomes.

  9. Alcoholic Beverages: If the platform does not have an age-targeting function, Shuhui Intelligent Control will not provide you with alcoholic beverage advertising. If there is an age-targeting function, please follow the following example: the target setting regulations for the location of the advertising audience must be followed, and users under the age of 18 must not be targeted. According to this policy definition, alcohol ads are ads that promote or describe alcoholic products or drinking behaviors, including but not limited to the following examples: places and activities whose main business model depends on alcoholic beverage sales performance, alcoholic beverage sales supply, descriptions of drinking behaviors, promotions of alcoholic beverage brands, and recipes for alcoholic beverages. Please note that we allow the following types of ads: ads promoting non-alcoholic beverages and ads promoting news or educational materials that mention or depict alcoholic beverages.

  10. Social Issues, Elections or Politics: Any advertisements by or on behalf of, or related to, candidates for public office, politicians, political parties, political action committees, or supporters of public office results, related to any election, referendum, or voting initiative, including "get out the vote" or campaign activities, or related to social issues in the area of publication, regardless of where they appear, are prohibited.
